i wasn't expecting this one to hit my heart so hard. such a precious one.

ep twelve: living each day with appreciation: a talk with lanette

{ recorded in her apartment }

i am so excited to share this episode with you! lanette is one of my “grandmas” at church & i have had the privilege of learning so much from her. lanette is the third of ten born in rural wisconsin, & she has so much strength & wisdom from all she has gone through. although she told me she didn’t feel like she had anything to say & was confused why i wanted her on the podcast, you will see why: she has such a special personality & heart that is so golden. it was such a cozy night recording this, just listening to her tell me about her life. i’m really proud of her and all she has learned and the beautiful person she is. i love how honest & pure she is, it’s something i really appreciate in people & i’m so glad we got to capture it for you all. 💖🧸✨

this episode made me remember why i love doing the podcast so much.

... and there's another one coming this month! keep an eye out :)

🦋 you can look forward to a new episode every month, plus maybe a few bonus eps in there :) i don't want the pod to become totally career-themed, so there will still be life experience, advice, and everything else i love to include.
