hello friends! happy may!
i'm so happy it's finally feeling like spring :) i wanted to post for easter & then never did it so here are my late easter thoughts + more things i've been learning lately.
easter
find me a more perfect leader / a better source of hope / a better example of love / a better teacher / a better explanation of life / a better plan for goodness / a better judge / a better power to rely on / a better person to praise
john 6:66-69
to who shall we go? for You have the words of eternal life. we have believed & we have come to know that You are the Holy One of God.
Jesus isn’t just the cross. He died for us & overcame death & sin but He did so much more than that. He suffered everything possible so He would be the perfect leader, judge & friend. He made it possible to live again. life is only the beginning, it’s a gift but He overcame every part of it. every physical body will be healed perfectly, every soul mended, every heart loved. He will make everything right & beautiful & good. we don’t just worship because He suffered, He died, or because He saves. we worship because He is the reason there is more purpose, hope & goodness than despair.
