some of my favorite things: sunbathing, stargazing, walking around barefoot, learning new things (especially anatomy, i'm a big health nerd!), singing really high songs, deep talks with friends (& strangers), working out, people watching, really sweet notes, long hugs, and God, who is so good.

just changing the world in a soft & fierce way.

i love to talk, so this is a space for me to do that. oh and my podcast too, but that's mainly other people talking. which i love!
