fsy was more than i could ever have hoped. the strongest spiritual experience i have ever had, no doubt. the amount of love & precious people & fun i had swing dancing cannot really be put into words but i will keep it in my heart as a beautiful dream ✨
fsy is a church camp & it is super spiritual! my faith grew so big this week & i wanted to share it with you all :) this is what i shared on our testimony night. it is very special to me so i hope you feel that & that it gives you hope 💓
“be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” joshua 1:9 He is always with me. i feel His love in everything. i’ve never felt or known anything more definitely than i know that Christ is real, that He knows me, loves me, and that with Him, life is not just livable, it is full of miracles.
He makes everything in life beautiful, the reason i am so happy despite the hurt, because He knows my pain. He heals broken hearts & He walks with us in every moment. i am never alone because my Savior is greater than my sorrow. “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief.” isaiah 53:3-5.
Christ feels deep. He loves deep. He hurts deep with me. He is the reason i have hope in life. life will bring me to the lowest lows but Christ will be there with me, holding my hand.
He sends us angels even when we don’t deserve them. i can’t imagine not knowing Christ like i do, i am so grateful for the peace & love He brings me. He is truly everything.
i love fsy & i can’t wait to be a counselor someday! 🤎
