hi friends! last month i put together a workout plan with my friend mary & i plan on doing it forever because it helped me so much. since school has gotten out i have finally had energy to workout consistently after a long time & it makes me SO happy!! i thought i'd share my calendar if you're interested in joining along in august. feel free to modify in any and every way: sub out days, change the splits, add on as part two to other workouts or activity, etc. the schedule is pretty chill as i'm getting back into it all so it should be easy to adapt to your goals and strength. the workouts have little equipment & can be done anywhere: your house, outside, the gym, etc. i recently love working out in my room! i hope this calendar can give you some ideas and accountability. i also included a crazy long list of healthy food ideas to inspire you:)
and if you just want to scrap all the links and make your own calendar, please do! this is your encouragement to take charge of your fitness and your mood. don't wait until the last minute to find a random workout, make some plans ahead of time. you got this!

This is super helpful Kate!! I’m a volleyball player and the training doesn’t stop in the on season, but I’ve been struggling to balance workouts and practices. This workout plan makes it really easy for me to mix and match workouts according to my game and practice schedule and how intense I want it to be. Tysm!! <3
